About The Role
This is your chance to shape how a modern retail supply chain really works - end to end. From supplier through to store and customer, you’ll design and embed the capabilities that keep everything moving safely, reliably and efficiently.
Working across planning, transport, distribution, fulfilment and technology, you’ll turn strategy into practical, real-world outcomes. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative environment where your ideas don’t stay on paper, they’re tested, embedded and built to last.
This role is all about turning big-picture thinking into meaningful, everyday improvements across our supply chain network.
What’s Involved
- Shape and evolve a supply chain capability framework that supports a growing, complex retail operation
- Design future-ready operating models across inbound, distribution, transport and last-mile delivery
- Bring systems and processes to life by working closely with technology teams on platforms like WMS, TMS, OMS and planning tools
- Identify gaps, prioritise opportunities and build clear roadmaps that deliver measurable impact
- Lead initiatives that lift performance, improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with leaders across operations, merchandise, finance and technology to align on shared outcomes
- Guide change and adoption efforts, helping teams embed new ways of working that stick
- Build and coach a high-performing team, creating an environment where people feel supported to grow and contribute
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who enjoys connecting the dots and seeing how strategy, systems and operations all fit together. You thrive in complex environments and bring others along the journey with clarity and purpose.
You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, practical thinking and shared success. People here are hands-on, curious and committed to improving how things work, always looking for better ways to support stores, customers and each other.
You bring a mindset that’s grounded in continuous learning, open communication and genuine teamwork. You’re comfortable influencing at senior levels, but just as happy rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
You’ll need
- Strong demonstrated experience in supply chain operations, capability design or operating model development within a large-scale environment
- Proven ability to translate strategy into practical processes, systems and ways of working
- Experience working with supply chain technologies (e.g. WMS, TMS, OMS or planning platforms)
- Confidence leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- A track record of delivering change and embedding new ways of working at scale
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain, including inbound logistics, distribution and fulfilment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and engage diverse audiences
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or equivalent field
- Post graduate qualifications or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement or change management is highly regarded
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
