Customer Service Officer

Our client is a leading Australian energy provider supplying essential gas products and services to residential, commercial and industrial customers nationwide.

About the role:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Manage requests received via email and online platforms
• Process customer bookings, orders and service requests
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex matters when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
• Complete general administration and data entry

About you:

• Previous customer service, administration, reception or call centre experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office and customer management systems
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Professional, positive and customer-focused attitude
• Willing and able to complete a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and police check
