- Assist in monitoring and improving paper manufacturing processes to support production efficiency and product quality.
- Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and waste.
- Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Assist with drafting work relating to plant equipment, production lines, and factory layouts.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and reports.
- Support project coordination and implementation activities across the plant.
- Recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- AutoCAD and technical drafting experience is essential.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, production, and industrial operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
