Process Engineer

Our client is a well-established paper manufacturing company currently seeking a motivated Graduate Process Engineer to join their manufacturing and engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to build hands-on experience within a large-scale manufacturing environment and develop a long-term career in process engineering.

You will gain exposure to production processes, plant operations, continuous improvement projects, and technical drafting while working alongside experienced engineers and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and improving paper manufacturing processes to support production efficiency and product quality.
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and waste.
• Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD.
• Assist with drafting work relating to plant equipment, production lines, and factory layouts.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and reports.
• Support project coordination and implementation activities across the plant.

Skills & Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• AutoCAD and technical drafting experience is essential.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, production, and industrial operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
