$37 - $42 per hour + Super Rate (negotiable for the right candidate)

Our client is a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their Darwin team on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating logistics, inventory, and operational support activities.

The Role

Reporting to the Logistics Team, you will provide administrative support across supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of materials, deliveries, inventory records, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing freight and shipment documentation
• Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
• Updating inventory and logistics records within internal systems
• Creating purchase orders and maintaining supplier information
• Tracking shipments and following up on delivery schedules
• Assisting with stock control and inventory reconciliation
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and transport providers
• Supporting the wider operations and logistics team with administrative tasks

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, warehouse administration, or operations support role
• Strong administrative and data entry skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
• A current driving licence and reliable transport would be preferred, but it is not essential.
