Roster: Monday to Friday | 9:30am - 6:00pm

Cater Care Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations at Lutheran Homes, in Hamilton.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, compliance, resident satisfaction, and team performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation, presentation, and daily kitchen operations
• Manage food and labour costs to achieve budget targets
• Order, control, and maintain stock inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Lead, develop, and support kitchen team members
• Prepare texture-modified meals and oversee bulk meal production
