Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor | Bibra Lake

Our client is a well-established logistics business seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse in Bibra Lake.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, leading a small team, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring freight is received and dispatched safely, efficiently and on time.

The Role

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Plan and prioritise inbound and outbound freight.
• Coordinate container unloading and dispatch activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with OH&S requirements.
• Liaise with transport providers, customers and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes.
• Manage warehouse equipment, consumables and housekeeping.

About You To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Manager.
• Experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding or 3PL warehousing.
• Forklift License (LF).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse systems.
• A proactive, organised and safety-focused approach.
