Our client is a global express and parcel delivery leader, operating one of the largest cross-border networks in the world alongside a thriving e-commerce delivery business.

You'll join a finance team of around 10, managing the day-to-day accounting functions of the Australian operation, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payments and reconciliations. This is a hands-on role that sits at the core of the local finance operation and calls for a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in line with established procedures
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Coordinate payment runs and ensure outgoing payments are processed correctly and on schedule
• Manage billing processes, including raising invoices and following up on outstanding accounts
• Prepare routine financial reports and summaries for the finance team and relevant stakeholders
• Support month-end close activities and help maintain organised, accurate financial records

About You

• 1+ years' experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation and billing
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial records
• Able to work independently and collaborate across finance and operations teams
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
