Franchise Development & Property Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive Franchise Development & Property Coordinator to support franchise resales, renewals, lease administration and property activities across our network.

This is a varied role with plenty of stakeholder contact and no two days looking quite the same. You’ll work with franchise partners, prospective buyers, landlords, agents, advisers and teams across the business, helping coordinate the details and keep important processes moving.

What is the role?

Working across our Franchise Development and Property functions, you'll help coordinate franchise resales, renewals, lease administration and property activities across our network. You'll work closely with franchise partners, prospective buyers, landlords, agents, advisers and internal stakeholders to help keep matters progressing smoothly and on schedule.

This is a varied role where you'll:

• Coordinate franchise resales, renewals, and transition activities
• Support prospective franchise partners through application and onboarding processes
• Assist with lease administration and property-related matters
• Maintain accurate systems, records, and reporting
• Monitor key milestones, critical dates, and outstanding actions
• Build relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and stakeholder experience

You'll bring:

• Coordination, administration or project support experience
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with databases, reporting or CRM systems
• Sound judgement and a proactive approach
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience in franchising, property, leasing, hospitality or retail would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in people with strong transferable coordination skills and the motivation to learn.
