We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and efficient project delivery.
�� Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards
- Preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Analysing site conditions, materials, and construction methods to support project execution
- Coordinating with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering designs, Australian Standards, and safety regulations
- Conducting site inspections and addressing technical issues during construction phases
- Assisting in cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling
- Evaluating materials and construction methodologies to improve efficiency and performance
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and reports
- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of civil construction practices and Australian Standards
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
