Job Description

• Develop and execute the Data & AI practice strategy within the Energy sector.
• Build and own the go-to-market roadmap, identifying new opportunities, offerings, partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Engage with C-suite and senior business leaders to understand challenges and position AI-led solutions.
• Lead client engagements from strategy through to delivery, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Drive business development activities including solution shaping, proposal development and executive presentations.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI and data solutions.
• Build thought leadership across Energy, AI, advanced analytics and digital transformation.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing team of data, AI and consulting professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Practice Lead Data & AI should have:

• Significant experience within the Energy, Utilities or Resources sector.
• Strong commercial and consulting background with proven client-facing experience.
• Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies, practice growth plans and new service offerings.
• Demonstrated success developing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and clients.
• Experience leading large-scale data, analytics or AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong business development, sales support and solution consulting capabilities.

• Competitive salary ranging from $240,000 to $270,000 AUD.
