- Leadership experience within retirement living, real estate, hospitality, aged care or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing property presentation, maintenance or facilities.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

As Park Manager, you'll become the face of your village, building lasting relationships with residents, leading a dedicated onsite team and creating an environment where people genuinely love where they live.
What's the role?
Reporting to the Regional Manager , you'll oversee all aspects of village operations while leading a multidisciplinary onsite team including administration, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance employees.
