- Familiar with PMO/TMO governance on a major change program
- Able to operate at a program level, and provide comms support for individual initiatives
- Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Familiar with corporate communication processes, channels
- Preferably familiar with construction/services/contracting sector
