Reporting to the Melbourne Site Manager, this role is an integral part of our Melbourne operations and will support the next phase of our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Repack raw ingredients into specified quantities and packaging
• Ensure repacked products meet QA standards.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Label and organise repacked products accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with company standards.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures.
• Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Assist with warehouse picking and packing duties as required.

About You

• Someone looking for a career in warehouse operations with the positive attitude
• Current driver's licence required. Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work within a small team to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Able to lift up to 25kg required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate and comfortable with basic systems (ERP systems).
• Willing to learn and follow safe working practices.
• Driven go-getter seeking career growth in a growing business.
