About The Role

As the Business Integration & Planning Lead, you enable the effective execution of the Consumer Transformation portfolio through integrated planning, portfolio insight, and leadership enablement. Working closely with senior leaders, you connect strategy, demand, and delivery to support scalable, value‑focused transformation outcomes across Consumer Insurance.

This is a 12-Month full-time contract opportunity.

Pay band 5 $114,000 - $175,000 Inc Super

What You’ll Do

• Support integrated oversight of the Consumer Transformation portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned, well sequenced, and focused on business priorities and customer value.
• Lead demand intake and govern qualification processesthat bring rigour and clarity to how work enters the portfolio.
• Maintain integrated portfolio view, including programs, change impacts, dependencies, and key delivery artefacts.
• Prepare insight‑led portfolio reporting, insights and narratives to support decision‑making across Consumer Insurance and Suncorp forums.
• Enable effective leadership routines by preparing materials, agendas, and decision pathways for senior stakeholder forums.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by developing playbooks, frameworks, and tools that support consistent, well‑governed ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting portfolio planning, demand management, or complex delivery environments within insurance or financial services.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesise data into clear insights, implications, and recommendations for senior audiences.
• Capability in executive storytelling, including preparing concise briefing papers, presentations, and updates.
• Working knowledge of change and delivery lifecycles, with confidence operating within governance and risk frameworks.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to manage information, reporting, and planning activities.
