An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a values driven organisation and play a key role in supporting leaders across the full employee life cycle. This is a true business partnering role, offering the opportunity to influence workforce strategy, provide expert people advice, and contribute to a positive and high performing workplace culture.
Your new role
Reporting to the People & Culture team, you will work closely with leaders to deliver proactive HR support, workforce planning initiatives, employee relations guidance, and organisational development programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide expert HR advice and support across the employee life cycle.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Coach managers on best-practice recruitment, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and identify future talent and capability needs.
- Assist with the development and implementation of learning and development programs.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and professional development initiatives.
- Provide timely advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct issues, and grievances.
- Support leaders in the development and management of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
- Produce and analyse workforce reports, identifying trends and recommending actionable insights.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture through proactive people-focused initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner role.
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience supporting workforce planning, learning and development, and organisational change initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR data and trends.
- Experience using HRIS systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
