Principal / Senior Manager

Our client is seeking a high-calibre Principal / Senior Manager to join their growing practice based in North Perth. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced public practice professional ready to step into a senior leadership role, with a clear pathway towards equity. This role will see you take ownership of client portfolios, lead and mentor a team, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business. You’ll be working closely with leadership, providing strategic advice and ensuring high standards across all deliverables.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of clients across business services and advisory
• Reviewing work, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance
• Leading and mentoring team members, supporting their development
• Working closely with leadership on business strategy and growth
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in public practice accounting
• At least 3 years’ experience in a management role
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong technical knowledge across business services
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A long-term mindset with interest in equity progression
