As part of our continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management systems and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products and services across our operations. Position Overview The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving quality assurance systems, policies, procedures, and compliance programs. The successful candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to ensure all business activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality objectives. Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve quality assurance policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Establish and monitor quality control processes to ensure products and services meet required standards.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across operations.
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards, food safety regulations, and WHS requirements.
- Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain documentation for quality systems, SOPs, and compliance records.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis investigations.
- Train and support staff on quality assurance and compliance procedures.
- Develop KPIs and quality metrics to monitor performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing QA systems.
