- Project Support: provide day-to-day engineering and administrative support to Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers and Site Supervisors
- Quality Assurance: compile QA documentation, maintain project records and assist with project closeout requirements
- Purchasing and Materials: prepare purchase orders and coordinate materials, equipment and other site requirements
- Site Coordination: assist with project planning, site activities and the practical delivery of works
- Engineering Support: respond to technical queries and help resolve day-to-day site issues
- Project Administration: maintain accurate documentation, registers, reports and project information
- Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
- Travel: attend regional WA and interstate project sites when required
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- One to two years’ experience in a Graduate Engineer, Site Engineer or junior Project Engineer role
- Practical project experience within civil construction, infrastructure, remediation, marine or mining environments
- A confident, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively within an active construction environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage documentation, priorities and project deadlines
- Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and site crews
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to assist wherever required
- Sound proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexibility to travel to regional and interstate project locations when required
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
- A Construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one

They are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to support the delivery of civil, marine and infrastructure remediation projects across Western Australia.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an early-career engineer with one to two years’ experience to broaden their site exposure and take on greater responsibility across project coordination, quality assurance, procurement and project closeout.
Reporting to a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer, you will work closely with supervisors and project teams to keep works organised, compliant and progressing efficiently.
