Senior Electrical Engineer

Are you a Senior Electrical Engineer looking to take the lead on technically challenging projects while working in a collaborative, people-first environment?

We're seeking an experienced Building Services Electrical Engineer to join a growing consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with clients, architects and project teams from concept through to completion.

The Role:

• Lead the electrical design and delivery of building services projects.
• Manage projects from concept design through to construction support.
• Liaise directly with clients, architects, contractors and other engineering disciplines.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports and specifications.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections and design workshops.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standard.

About You

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years' experience within Australian Building Services consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and local authority requirements.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary building projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to a positive team culture.
• CPEng, RPEQ or NER registration (or working towards) is highly regarded.
