We're partnering with a long-established and successful real estate business seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their collaborative, high-performing team. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a commercial property portfolio from end to end
• Preparing management agreements and lease documentation
• Coordinating lease renewals and negotiations
• Conducting ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
• Managing rent reviews, outgoings reconciliations and invoicing
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Overseeing maintenance and service contracts

We're looking for:

• 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisation
• Experience using RP Office is highly regarded
