WooCommerce Subscription Store Build for Specialty Coffee Roaster

We are a specialty coffee roastery that has been supplying cafés for six years. Last year we started selling directly to home customers through a basic online shop. Demand has been far stronger than expected, and around 60% of our retail customers now reorder every month, mostly by emailing us. We want to turn that into a proper subscription business. We are already on WordPress and want to stay there, so we're planning to rebuild the store on WooCommerce with a subscription model at its core. We like the simplicity of the subscription flow on bluebottlecoffee.com, where you pick your coffee, choose how often you want it, and you're done. What we need:

• A rebuilt WooCommerce store with a clean, modern design that fits our brand (brand guidelines provided)
• Subscriptions with flexible delivery frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and options to pause, skip or swap coffees
• A "build your box" option where customers choose grind type and bag size
• Stripe payments with automatic recurring billing
• A customer account area where subscribers can manage everything themselves
• Migration of existing products, customers and order history from the current shop We're looking for a developer, or a small team, with solid experience in WooCommerce Subscriptions specifically. Understanding the business side (churn, retention, upsells) would be a big bonus. We want a partner who will suggest better ways of doing things, not just follow a spec.
