Join a high-performing Property Management Accounting team and take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio. You'll deliver accurate financial reporting, partner with stakeholders, and play a key role in portfolio performance and client outcomes.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Property Accountant, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial management of a diverse portfolio, delivering accurate reporting and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
• Manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and year-end wash-ups
• Process journals and ensure financial accuracy across assigned assets
• Partner with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders
• Support audits, compliance, and reporting governance
• Contribute to system improvements and new asset transitions
• Provide analytical support to senior leadership on portfolio performance

About You:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CPA/CA qualified or working towards
• Experience in property accounting (commercial preferred)
• Exposure to MRI or Yardi systems highly regarded
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines
