Assembler (Southern Eastern suburbs, VIC)

Job Title: Assemblers

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join our warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn and grow across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assemble products and components accurately according to instructions and quality standards

-Learn and rotate through various departments, including:

-Machine operations in metal works and wood works

-Buffing edges of products

-Assembly and packing for shipping

-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

-Follow health and safety procedures at all times

-Meet production deadlines and collaborate with team members and supervisors

Shifts & Training:

-Initial Training: 2 mandatory training days on the Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

-Regular Shift: Afternoon Shift from 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

-Must be available for Saturday shifts as required

-Pay Rate:

$31.00 -35.00 per hour

Requirements:

-Willingness to learn new tasks and departments

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

-Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

-Previous experience in warehouse or assembly work is a plus but not required
