You'll provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services across a variety of inpatient specialties, working closely with medical, nursing and allied health teams to optimise patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across inpatient wards.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, medication reviews and therapeutic interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Provide patient counselling and medication education.
• Promote quality use of medicines and medication safety initiatives.
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical governance and service development.
• Support the supervision and education of pharmacy students, interns and junior pharmacists.
• Participate in weekend, public holiday and on-call rosters as required.

About You

Essential

• Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist.
• Hospital pharmacy experience (clinical experience preferred).
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable

• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy (or working towards).
• Experience across a range of clinical specialties.
• Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior staff or students.
