The Opportunity
You will play a key role in supporting clients and delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services, including:

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a variety of industries
• Preparing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
• Providing proactive business advisory support to clients
• Assisting with tax planning and identifying opportunities for clients
• Building trusted relationships with business owners
• Working closely with Managers and Partners on client strategies
• Reviewing work and supporting junior team members
• Taking ownership of client outcomes and deadlines

About You
You will ideally have:

• 3+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
• Strong experience across Business Services and Tax
• Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients
• CA/CPA qualification or actively working towards completion
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
• A desire to develop commercially and progress your career
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
