About the Role

As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering bridge strengthening, bearing replacements, and structural rehabilitation works . Working alongside experienced project leaders, you’ll be involved in every stage of the project, from planning to execution and completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of bridge strengthening and bearing replacement works
• Coordinating FRP strengthening and post-tensioning operations
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and day-to-day site activities
• Upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards across all operations
• Monitoring budgets, schedules, and progress, providing accurate reports to the Project Manager
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes

About You

You are an engineer with strong technical foundations and a passion for delivering high-quality civil projects. You enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and seeing the tangible results of your work.

You will bring:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline)
• Experience in bridges, structures, or civil infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of FRP works, bearing replacements, jacking, or post-tensioning ( highly regarded )
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
