Location: 1B/2 Macindoe Court, Spotswood, Victoria 3015, Australia

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 + Superannuation per Annum

Type: Full-time permanent, minimum 38 hours a week

Our client MOMI Enterprises Pty Ltd is a transport company established in 2017. It operates multiple vehicles and fleets providing fleet services across construction and other industries. The fleet includes trucks, prime movers, trailers, semi-trailers and B-double trucks which operate interstate across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania. They are looking for an experienced fleet manager to join on permanent basis on full-time to manage current fleet operations and upscale the business.

Responsibility:

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the business’s fleet operations. This includes overseeing vehicle procurement, maintenance coordination, compliance, driver and scheduling coordination freights. The role ensures that all fleet activities are conducted safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, company policies, and client expectations.

Duties:

·Overseeing the purchase, hire, maintenance and operation of fleet vehicles, equipment and fuel arrangements.

·Ensuring all fleet vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, reliable and cost-effective to operate.

·Liaising with clients to determine transport requirements and provide advice accordingly.

·Managing client enquiries, complaints and service issues to maintain effective client relationships.

·Coordinating freight orders, vehicle bookings, transport schedules, routes and delivery timeframes.

·Coordinating drivers, vehicle allocation, collections and deliveries to ensure reliable service delivery.

·Maintaining accurate fleet, operational and business records and preparing management reports.

·Ensuring fleet operations comply with occupational health and safety requirements, including driver safety, vehicle inspections and incident reporting.

·Liaising with rental agencies and vehicle suppliers regarding vehicle hire, servicing and fleet supply.

·Managing the day-to-day allocation, use and maintenance of fleet vehicles, equipment and resources.

Mandatory Requirements:

·AQF comparable diploma or higher education

·Minimum 1 year of highly relevant employment
