About the role

You will be the face of CMP in NSW and will develop and nurture our clients to generate growth for the company. As a project practitioner, you will lead local projects and be a local contact for clients, delivering projects and positioning for new work.

 

Your role will also include the establishment of a new CMP office and build your team of high caliber engineering individuals.

 

You will be part of a national leadership team and will play a key role in CMP's exciting growth journey.

 

These leadership roles do not come around often and is one with huge personal growth potential.

About You

  • Extensive major project experience preferably in water infrastructure, with Sydney Water an advantage;
  • 12 - 15 years' experience in your area of discipline;
  • Chartered Engineer,
  • Strong understanding of contract management and project delivery processes;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time and budget management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
  • A strong desire to step into a key management position, disciplined self-starter.
