With a strong focus on modernisation, resilience, and scalability, they are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing strategy and delivery across critical infrastructure programmes.

Your new role
As the Test Manager, you will play a key role in defining and delivering end-to-end test strategy across complex digital infrastructure initiatives. This includes environments such as cloud platforms, networks, data centres, and enterprise systems.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, solution architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery across all testing phases.
What you'll need to succeed

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks for infrastructure-focused programmes
• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing
• Lead and coordinate test teams, vendors, and third-party partners
• Ensure alignment with DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies
• Drive test automation strategy where applicable
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to testing and quality assurance
• Provide regular status reporting, metrics, and insights to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and best practices
