About the Role:

This roles is ideal for experienced supermarket leaders who understand the importance of fresh departments, stock control, and delivering a consistent customer experience. You will lead from the front, drive team performance, and take ownership of store standards, with a strong focus on fresh produce execution.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a supermarket environment is essential
• Strong knowledge of fresh produce, including stock control, shrinkage and presentation
• Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen across sales, wages and KPIs
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on standards and execution
• Open to relocation to regional Queensland
