This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hand Therapist to step into a well-established service known for its collaborative culture, high clinical standards and commitment to ongoing professional development.

In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced and supportive MDT of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and psychologists, delivering high-quality hand therapy services to a broad and varied caseload. You'll play a key role in assessing, treating and supporting clients through their recovery journey, while continuing to grow your own clinical expertise in a learning-focused and team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing specialist clinical hand therapy assessment and treatment to a range of clients
• Design tailored rehabilitation plans aligned with patient goals
• Working across a variety of ACC contracts and injury management pathways
• Completing clear, comprehensive documentation and reports
• Work collaboratively with referrers and other health professionals
• Contribute positively to team culture and uphold high clinical standards
• Operate confidently within professional competencies and scope

Skills and Experience:

• Registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board or Occupational Therapy Board
• Current APC and a member of the New Zealand Association of Hand therapists (NZAHT)
• Current professional liability insurance,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Committed to delivering excellent, client-centred care and keen to continue upskilling
• A genuine team player who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues
