SENIOR SAP PROCUREMENT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (S/4HANA)

We're seeking an experienced Senior SAP Procurement Functional Consultant to join a SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering procurement capabilities for a large-scale enterprise implementation.

Working as part of a high-performing SAP delivery team, you'll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure and deliver best-practice procurement solutions across the S/4HANA landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and engage with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Procurement solutions aligned to business needs and SAP best practice.
• Provide functional expertise across procurement business processes and solution design.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with development teams where enhancements are required.
• Support fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
• Assist with data migration, cutover planning and hypercare support.
• Provide guidance on business process improvements and SAP standard functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP streams including Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery governance where required.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Senior SAP Procurement Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement including:
  • Purchasing
  • Requisitions
  • Purchase Orders
  • Goods Receipt
  • Invoice Verification
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement business processes.
• Experience across testing, data migration, cutover and go-live support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous consulting experience within large enterprise environments is highly regarded.
