A leading Federal Government agency is seeking two highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Business Analysts to support the delivery of commercial and private cloud solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping cloud capabilities that advance national interests, improve operational effectiveness, and align with strategic initiatives. The successful Senior Cloud Solutions Business Analyst will manage the delivery of commercial and private cloud solutions to support the Department’s goals and objectives. The Senior Cloud Solutions Business Analyst will be offered a 12-month contract + 2 x 12 month extensions, open to ACT.

The successful Senior Cloud Solutions Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Analyse business needs, problems, and opportunities; recommend process improvements and contribute to business cases.
• Provide expert advice on tools, techniques, and modelling to support business analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, align objectives, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Drive improvements in systems, processes, and stakeholder engagement to enhance business outcomes.

The successful Senior Cloud Solutions Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) and strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, incident management, and solution delivery.
• Familiarity with process improvement and SFIA frameworks (USUP 5, DLMG 5, BPRE 5, RLMT 5 highly regarded).
• Formal experience working in technical teams
