About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join the team at Peacehaven in Norwood. This role supports safe, high-quality and person-centred care across the home, with a focus on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and strong resident outcomes.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, supporting audit readiness, clinical documentation, staff guidance and continuous improvement across the service.

About You

This role would suit an experienced aged care RN with strong clinical judgement, confidence in quality systems and the ability to support best practice across a residential aged care setting.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in aged care practice.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality systems.
  • Proven ability to analyse clinical data and support improvements.
  • Confidence supporting audits, compliance activities and documentation reviews.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while influencing clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and resident outcomes.
  • Current National Police Certificate.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
