Senior AI Engineer (Risk & Payments)

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into end-to-end AI agent solutions.
• Architect and deploy AI agents using agentic and orchestration frameworks.
• Apply prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Design agent architectures for reasoning, tool use, and workflow automation.
• Build AI systems that improve through usage and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to integrate AI reasoning into secure production systems.
• Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI agents and support AI governance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applied AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments.
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and JAX.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or multi-step reasoning systems for business problems.
• Understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and iteration for production AI systems.
• Ability to balance innovation with reliability, scalability, and compliance.
