This is a high-impact role working across a complex, fast-paced environment where change is critical to meeting regulatory and business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in driving change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and delivery across a major transformation program.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end change management activities across a large, enterprise-wide program
• Develop and execute change strategies aligned to regulatory and business requirements
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
• Manage change impacts, readiness, communications, and adoption
• Work closely with program delivery teams in a fast-moving, evolving environment

About You

• Proven experience as a Change Manager within large, complex programs
• Strong background in regulatory-driven change within financial services
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and able to navigate ambiguity
