About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of 2 Years experience of supervisory experience with a head contractor
- Trade Qualified
- Worked for Tier 2 -3 builders
- Project experience - Education, Template Schools, Low Rise Construction, Defence, Health or Aged Care
- Strong communication skills with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and drive the team
