WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Are EITHER a conveyancing paralegal/secretary OR conveyancer OR Junior Property Lawyer ;
• have a minimum of 12 months (preferably MORE) proven HANDS-ON experience in residential property conveyancing [essential] managing your own files including PEXA experience;
• have some experience in leasing and/or sale/purchase of business [preferable but NOT ESSENTIAL];
• have strong time prioritisation+ communication/interpersonal skills;
• are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE;
• Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills;
• are willing/able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city+ hungry to advance your career long-term with an impressive firm + improve your life quality (free from the stresses+pollution+congestion+high costs of the city) too.
