• Work closely with specialist teams across operations, finance, people and culture, asset management and sales

What You Will Be Working On

You'll bring together three things: people, performance and place.

This includes:

• Leading, coaching and developing your village team
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and village committees
• Strengthening the resident experience through communication, engagement and service delivery
• Managing village operations, budgets and financial performance
• Working with asset teams to plan maintenance, upgrades and village improvements
• Driving operational efficiency, compliance and risk management
• Ensuring the village runs safely, effectively and in line with legislative requirements

• Have experience leading teams in retirement living, property, hospitality, facilities management or another service-led environment

• Remain calm, resilient and solutions-focused when challenges arise
