THE POSITION




This is a genuine Licensee Manager opportunity for an experienced Property Management leader who wants more than a title.

You will take ownership of a sizeable Property Management division, leading an established team and overseeing a substantial portfolio.

Your focus will include:

• Leading, managing and developing the Property Management team
• Full licensee oversight and compliance responsibility
• Driving performance, accountability and service standards
• Managing escalated and complex matters
• Overseeing compliance, legislation and operational risk
• Auditing and overseeing outsourced trust accounting
• Refining systems, policies and procedures
• Working closely with national leadership on operational improvements
• Making decisions autonomously and taking ownership of the local business

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You will need:

• Triennial Certificate / full Licensee capability
• Strong senior Property Management leadership experience
• Proven experience managing and developing a sizeable team
• Excellent knowledge of compliance and legislation
• Confidence handling escalated complaints and difficult situations
• Strong people leadership and performance management capability

This role needs someone high-energy, commercially minded and decisive .
Someone who gets into the operation, knows what good looks like and is comfortable holding people accountable.

This is not a seat-warming management role . They need someone experienced enough to assess what is happening, make decisions and get on with it.
