A respected major player in the project home sector is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their high-performing construction team in Western Sydney. This builder has a strong reputation for quality, efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the region.
Your New Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage 15-20 freestanding residential builds concurrently, ensuring each project meets quality, safety, and timeline expectations. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing schedules, conducting site inspections, and driving construction progress across your allocated portfolio of homes.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple detached housing projects
• Schedule and coordinate trades to ensure timely progression of works
• Conduct detailed quality inspections at key stages
• Maintain compliance with WHS policies and site safety protocols
• Liaise professionally with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to keep builds on track
• Ensure all homes are delivered to high construction standards

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction
• Either a Qualified Supervisor Certificate or a NSW Builders Licence
• Proven experience supervising multiple volume-build residential projects
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high build volume
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
