With a strong pipeline of work across cloud, platforms, and enterprise systems, they are looking for a hands-on Test Lead to support high-quality delivery outcomes.

Your new role
As the Test Lead, you will take ownership of testing activities while remaining actively involved in hands-on execution. You will lead a small team of testers, ensuring delivery across key infrastructure initiatives, while also contributing directly to test design, execution, and defect management.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of leadership and technical involvement in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed

• Lead and mentor a small testing team, ensuring delivery against project timelines
• Perform hands-on testing activities, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking
• Support development of test plans and test strategies aligned to infrastructure programmes
• Coordinate SIT and UAT phases across multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure quality outcomes.
• Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable
• Monitor and report on test progress, risks, and issues
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, frameworks, and best practices
