The Role

We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents.

Working closely with the Facility Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Care Managers and care team, you will play a key role in supporting positive health outcomes by leading the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care.

You will use your clinical expertise to ensure residents receive safe, respectful and individualised care while supporting and mentoring the wider care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with resident care plans, legislation and best practice standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care using a holistic approach.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to care staff.
• Manage and administer medications safely and effectively.
• Monitor residents’ health outcomes and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Support residents living with complex health needs, including dementia, pain management and palliative care.
• Build strong relationships with residents and families, ensuring they are informed and involved in care decisions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in accreditation, infection control and workplace health and safety programs.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Registered Nurse Division 1 qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration and practising certificate.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Experience providing care within residential aged care or a similar environment.
• Ability to mentor and support care staff.
• Experience supporting people living with dementia (preferred).
• Experience in pain management and palliative care (desirable).
