Position:  Permanent Part-time Cleaner

Hours: Every Thursday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Start Date: 03 September 2026

Location: Gatton, QLD

What you'll be cleaning

• Classrooms and office spaces
• Staff rooms and kitchen areas
• Amenities and bathrooms
• Hallways, entryways and common areas
• Outdoor areas as required

Your daily duties may include

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Cleaning amenities and shared spaces
• Removing rubbish and restocking consumables
• Sanitising high-touch surfaces
• Maintaining high cleaning standards across the site

Requirements

Requirements:

✔ Available to work 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM every Thursday

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach

✔ Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Police Check , or willingness to obtain both before commencement

✔ Previous experience in commercial and school cleaning, with knowledge of periodical cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and operating scrubber machines (preferred)

✔ Available to work at least one week during each school holiday period , with flexibility to work additional days if required

✔ Reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment, including responding to occasional cleaning emergency call-outs

✔ Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team while maintaining high cleaning standards
