Are you an experienced Print Production Manager or Production Assistant with a background in POS displays and retail campaigns?

Do you thrive managing suppliers, sourcing production and delivering high-quality print solutions from brief through to completion?

We have partnered with a leading creative agency specialising in retail and shopper marketing to find a Freelance Print Production Manager / Print Production Assistant to join their Sydney team. This hands-on role focuses on managing the production of retail displays, printed marketing collateral, promotional items and campaign assets, working closely with suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Working closely with print manufacturers and production suppliers, you will obtain quotes, manage timelines, oversee quality control and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in a BTL, shopper marketing or POS agency who understands retail display production and enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end production of POS displays and retail marketing collateral
• Source and manage the production of offset print, large format print and gift-with-purchase items
• Obtain quotes and negotiate with print manufacturers and production suppliers
• Coordinate production schedules, timelines and deliveries
• Oversee quality control throughout the production process
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver successful campaigns

What You Will Bring:

• Experience sourcing and managing the production of POS displays and retail marketing collateral
• Strong knowledge of offset print, large format digital print and promotional production
• Previous experience within a BTL, shopper marketing or POS agency environment
• Excellent supplier management and production scheduling skills
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and delivery
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
