Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in payment processing, financial transactions, scheme administration, grants, subsidies, rebates, licensing, regulatory services, or customer service programs.
• Strong experience in end-to-end business process analysis, including current state assessment, future state design, and process optimization.
• Experience eliciting and documenting complex business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Strong knowledge of:

• Business Process Modelling
• Process Re-engineering
• Customer Journey Mapping
• Business Rules Analysis
• Data Analysis and Data Mapping
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups.
