This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced luxury retail professional who genuinely loves sales and wants to build specialist knowledge within the world of luxury timepieces.

Your New Role

As a Sales Associate , you’ll deliver an exceptional boutique experience while building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
You’ll take ownership of your individual sales performance, working towards monthly and quarterly targets while identifying opportunities to build repeat business and long-term VIP relationships.
You’ll develop an in-depth understanding of the brand’s collections, craftsmanship and technical product features through formal training and ongoing learning.
You’ll also support CRM and clienteling, boutique events and activations, merchandising, stock presentation and day-to-day boutique operations while working closely with the Boutique Manager and wider team.
This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week , with availability across Monday to Sunday essential .

Experience Checklist

We’re looking for someone polished, engaging and genuinely passionate about luxury sales.

Minimum 2 years’ retail sales experience

Previous experience within luxury retail and working with high-end clientele is essential

A genuine passion for sales and achieving individual and team targets

Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills

Confidence developing repeat and VIP business

Immaculate personal presentation

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Genuine interest in watches or the ability and willingness to learn a highly technical product

Strong attention to detail and understanding of premium merchandising standards

Previous experience within luxury timepieces is highly desirable
