Our client is embarking on a significant transformation program focused on modernising and evolving a core insurance platform that supports critical business operations. As part of this journey, they are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across policy, claims and billing capabilities.


Your new role


As the Senior Solution Architect, you will play a lead role in shaping solution strategy, architecture, and delivery across core insurance platforms. Working closely with business leaders, product teams, delivery partners and technology stakeholders, you will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to long-term strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end solution architecture across policy, claims and billing domains
  
  
• Defining target state architectures, solution roadmaps and architectural standards
  
  
• Providing governance and architecture assurance across major initiatives
  
  
• Translating business requirements into fit-for-purpose technology solutions
  
  
• Collaborating with engineering, delivery and business teams to guide implementation
  
  
• Supporting integration design across complex enterprise environments
  
  
• Influencing senior stakeholders and providing architectural direction across transformation programs
  
  
• Driving architecture best practice, reuse and standardisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive Solution Architecture experience within large enterprise environments
  
  
• Strong experience across insurance platforms
  
  
• Deep understanding of policy administration, claims management and billing domains
  
  
• Experience designing cloud-based and integrated enterprise solutions
  
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  
  
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  
  
• Ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on architecture activities
