Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC)

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor to join our team on a PART-TIME basis and open a brand new Factory Outlet in Salisbury, Adelaide.

  Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

• Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
• Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. 
• Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
• Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance

Experience in the following will be highly regarded: • Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear 

• Visual Merchandising

• Stockroom Procedures
