Customer Support Officer | High-Volume Call Centre

Are you a proactive, customer-focused communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a motivated ASO3 Officer for an exciting contract opportunity with a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service through high-volume phone engagements to drive onboarding, retention, and customer success.

• High-Volume Call Operations: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone campaigns to engage prospective and current customers.
• Customer Advocacy & Barrier Identification: Identify key obstacles preventing individuals from progressing through their journey and offer targeted support solutions.
• Systems & Data Integrity: Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously, maintaining meticulous records and clear case notes.
• Insights & Continuous Improvement: Analyse campaign outcomes, identify recurring trends, and provide actionable reporting to improve processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Call Centre Experience: Strong background in high-volume inbound and outbound telephone environments.
• Customer Engagement: Proven ability to build rapport quickly, influence positive outcomes, and drive customer retention.
• Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining precise attention to detail.
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated capability to track outcomes, report on trends, and present clear insights.
